Bar Manager
TonTon Club is a fun and versatile establishment that combines a restaurant, bar, and games. We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for the hospitality industry, arcades, and board games.
What will you be doing?
- Leading, guiding, and supporting the bar team
- Responsible for HACCP compliance
- Handling facility-related tasks assertively
- Serving guests and delivering drinks
- Maintaining and replenishing inventory
- Supervising the preparation and quality of beverages and their service
- Placing orders and liaising with suppliers
- Opening and/or closing the establishment
- Advising guests based on their preferences/tastes
Who are we looking for?
- You have a passion for the hospitality industry
- Positive attitude, motivated, and flexible
- No 9-to-5 mentality
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Barista experience is a plus
- Product knowledge of all beverages and their preparations
